How to invite users to collaborate

You can now add collaborators to your notebook. To do so, you need to invite them to your notebook(s) and set a role for each of them:

  • Manager
  • Editor
  • Author
  • Contributor
  • Reader

How to invite a new user?

1. From your Notebook menu, select "Manage your Notebook", then "Collaboration" from your Notebook menu.

2. Enter an email address, name, and choose a role, then click the "Send Invite" button.

Each invitee will receive an email with the invitation and will have to either register to Shareist or login to accept the invitation.
